Arugula
Candied Pecans
Proscuitto
Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese
Champagne Dressing (preferably Girards-the Lite version tastes exactly the same too!)
Black Pepper
Add arugula to bowl, candied pecans to your liking ( I found them at the store ready to go with the salad toppings), roll a few pieces of thinly sliced proscuitto up and slice into ribbons, then add to bowl with shaved pecorino or parmesan cheese from block (I use potato peeler), add champagne dressing and ground black pepper and toss. It's really that easy!!
