quick Asian marinated chicken thighs

I just whipped this up last night.

6 bnls/sknls chicken thighs
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar (or tbsp honey)
1/2 tsp ground ginger or fresh if you have it
1/4 tsp dry ground mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
**Note: all my measurements are approximate. I really don't do much measuring unless I'm baking. Add more or less as you see fit :)

Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl, put chix in... smoosh around so everything is coated. Marinate 10-30 minutes. Heat up grill pan, add a little bit of preferred oil (I use coconut or olive)... sear for a couple of minutes both sides, cover for a few minutes and let finish with heat off. Can sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with rice and a veggie.
